The
music and dancing presented a spectacle of color and sound.
Band music on Saturday at the Main Stage
included the Crash Test Dummies, Ron Sexsmith, Sou-Xou-Mou-Xou,
Strings Exodos, Kathleen Edwards, Jim Bryson,
and Arkadia.
On Sunday, the Main Stage added
Royal City, Jenny Whitely, Ev (Modern Greek Music)
and the Skydiggers to the mix of bands who had appeared the day
before.
The International Stage featured:
David Leask (Celtic Music) and the D'arsy Greaves Trio
(Nuevo Flamenco), Mediterrano (Mediterranean Armenian Music),
Masa Meze (Greek Arabic Music), Abolengo (World Latin
Music), Toma Que Toma (Flamenco music and dance), Toma (Greek
Music) 4:00-4:50 pm, and Ryan (Reggae Soul Music)
The Greek Stage produce many bands
including some true Greek groups: Hermis, Bzjam, Maro,
Louiza, I Arhontomoutsounara Mou, Pavlo, First
Generation, and Piraiki Compania.
There was Surprise! plenty of dancing, including performances by: Nefeli
Dance Theatre & Ellinakia (Modern Greek Dances), Knossos
(Cretan Association Dancers), Levendia X, and Toma Que Toma
(Flamenco Music And Dance).
